HKAS 19\uff1a\u6280\u672f\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u5e76\u975e\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u652f\u4ed8\u9879\u76ee\uff1a<\/strong> \u5fc5\u987b\u660e\u786e\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u957f\u670d\u52a1\u91d1\u4e0d\u5e94\u4ec5\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4e00\u9879\u300c\u89e3\u96c7\u5f00\u652f\u300d\uff0c\u5728\u4f1a\u8ba1\u51c6\u5219\u4e0b\uff0c\u5b83\u88ab\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u300c\u8bbe\u5b9a\u53d7\u76ca\u4e49\u52a1\u300d\uff08Defined Benefit Obligation\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u9884\u8ba1\u5355\u4f4d\u7d2f\u79ef\u6743\u76ca\u6cd5\uff08PUC Method\uff09\uff1a<\/strong> \u6839\u636e HKAS 19\uff08\u9999\u6e2f\u4f1a\u8ba1\u51c6\u5219\u7b2c 19 \u53f7\uff09\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u91c7\u7528\u300c\u9884\u8ba1\u5355\u4f4d\u7d2f\u79ef\u6743\u76ca\u6cd5-Projected Unit Credit Method\u300d\u8fdb\u884c\u4f30\u503c\u3002\u8fd9\u6d89\u53ca\u5c06\u672a\u6765\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u6298\u73b0\u4e3a\u73b0\u503c\uff0c\u5176\u590d\u6742\u7a0b\u5ea6\u8fdc\u8d85\u4e00\u822c HR \u8f6f\u4f53\u6240\u80fd\u5904\u7406\u7684\u8303\u7574\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u7834\u89e3\u300c\u7b80\u5355\u5047\u8bbe\u300d\u7684\u8c2c\u8bef<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u4f4e\u4f30\u98ce\u9669\uff1a<\/strong> \u5728\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\uff08Due Diligence\uff09\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u672a\u88ab\u8bc6\u522b\u7684\u957f\u670d\u52a1\u91d1\u8d1f\u503a\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u300c\u4f30\u503c\u51b2\u51fb\u300d\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7cbe\u51c6\u7684 PPA\uff1a<\/strong> Valtech
